Step 1: Fitness Consultation with your Coach
At Anytime Fitness, every member gets a Coach and a Plan. Before you hit the floor, we’ll make sure you spend 60 minutes with your coach to review your health and fitness history and to craft a plan that will work for you.

Step 2: Create a plan with your Coach
Together with your coach, you will create a fitness plan that may consist of Team Workouts, Personal Training, and/or Virtual Training with the member exclusive Anytime Workouts app with more than 1100 workout plans.
Team workouts will increase your effectiveness by providing accountability, and you’ll find yourself pushing harder in an energy-filled atmosphere. Plus, being surrounded by like-minded members will increase your motivation and inspiration.

With personal training, the focus is you. We design a program specific to your health and fitness goals and work with you to achieve them.
Personal training is ideal if you have specific goals or past injuries you want to work through. This type of training lends itself to more advanced exercises which requires more focused coaching.
Working together, your certified personal trainer will hold you accountable to achieving your goals and set new ones to keep you challenged.
